DCS effectively project manage all UK supply chain services for the Cooling Industry.
Planning and coordinating the installation and removal of commercial refrigeration assets across mainland UK and Islands.
Our project division works closely with retailers, main contractors and equipment manufacturers to ensure development programmes and initiatives are delivered to plan, on-time, and snag free.
Our Experienced Project Managers oversee the shipping of assets to the UK, managing the storage and transportation to ensure damage free assets arrive on site and in-store.
Transport & Storage
DCS manage full transportation and storage solutions for our clients.
Having warehousing nationwide, we store assets and spare parts for the projects we undertake.
Depending on client need, we can control asset stock for a Just-in-Time delivery, whereby assets travel quickly through our network, reducing storage time. Alternatively, we can hold and control a UK asset stock for added peace of mind and accurate delivery against a changing programme.
Our experienced transportation network can manage every eventuality from craning large refrigeration plant off-site, to delivering one small cabinet asset into central pedestrianised locations.
Spare parts are held throughout our network across the UK, enabling us to provide more reactive support to the Installations, Service and Maintenance reducing in-store asset downtime and lengthy overseas lead-times.

Installations & Removals
DCS provide Installation and Removal Labour. DCS have over 25 years’ experience installing and removing refrigerated cabinet assets into the retail space.
From Chilled and Frozen display cabinets, to Serve over counters and walk-in cold-rooms. Delivering & removing snag free first time is part of the day job.
We also undertake specialists initiatives that deliver large equipment rollouts across country wide retail estates, such as Shelf Edge Technology, refrigerated cabinet door retro fits, Signage installation and Seasonal asset installations.
We also partner with trusted and experienced subcontract labour forces across the UK, to deliver against the demand of our industry. We could not do what we do it without them.
We are able to deliver consolidated project management, installation, and commissioning of display cabinets and refrigeration systems. Full service and maintenance of all assets, and finally, decommissioning and removal of all end-of-life assets and equipment into our reuse and recycling service, supporting circular economy for our industry.
Service & Maintenance
DCS have a Service and Maintenance division. Providing planned and unplanned support to our clients for all their Refrigeration, Heating & Air-conditioning needs.
We operate a service desk that coordinates all requirements across our clients’ estates.
With highly trained and experienced engineers spread across the UK mainland, our reach and response times, are what set us apart.
We can manage multisite clients from all industries, with our Planned Preventive Maintenance programmes, as well as reacting to equipment breakdowns and callouts when these occur.
Being trusted and relied upon by our growing client base is something we are very proud of.
Reuse & Recycling
DCS’s sister company Sustain is bringing circular economy to the cooling industry.
Sustain holds one of 16 Waste Installation Permits awarded in the UK and specialises in processing end of life commercial refrigeration assets and equipment.
Sustain’s reuse process captures and repairs parts for reuse back into client’s estates.
Undertaking the refurbishment of cabinets and equipment, prevents useable assets from being recycled.
Refrigeration foam is repurposed into a usable material preventing it from being incinerated.
All the recycling routes and processes employed by Sustain ensure zero waste to landfill and maximised equipment and material reuse.
Sustain is helping clients achieve their carbon reduction goals as well as providing true circular economy for our industry.
